About this product
Sudan's sesame is led by Gadarif — the white seed the trade prices against — alongside Conventional White and the small, oil-rich Kordofan Brown, bought at the producing markets and prepared in our own facilities.
Also known as simsim; Kordofan Brown is the trade's red sesame.
Applications
What it does for you
Gadarif White goes where the seed is seen and tasted — tahini, halva, bakery toppings, premium oil pressing. Conventional White covers volume bakery and crushing. Kordofan Brown (red sesame), highest in oil, feeds the crushers and cold-press houses. All three ship graded and cleaned to specification.
